Privacy Policy

Last updated 31 July 2026

The short version. We do not train any model on your data. We do not read your projects, your conversations, or your code. We collect the minimum needed to run your account and bill you, and you can delete all of it permanently whenever you like. We do not store your voice recordings.

Who we are

Viberide is a service operated by Goober Studios LLC ("Goober Studios", "Viberide", "we", "us"), a limited liability company. We provide a hosted service that lets you build software by talking to a coding agent. You can reach us any time at vib3ride.app@gmail.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we will never do.

What we collect

What we will never do

There are only two narrow exceptions to our not reading your content, and both are limited to what the situation actually requires. The first is when you explicitly ask us to — for example you raise a support issue and ask us to look at a failing project. The second is where we are compelled by valid legal process, or where we have concrete reason to believe our systems are being used to harm the service or other people. We do not go looking otherwise.

Voice recordings are not kept

Speech you record is used to produce a transcript and for nothing else. We do not store your recordings, we do not share them with third parties, and we do not use them to train any model. What remains afterwards is the text of your request, which is treated like anything else you type and is deleted with your account.

Your Claude account

Builds run on your own Claude account, which you link to Viberide. Your prompts and the code the agent works on are therefore also processed by Anthropic under your agreement with them and their privacy terms, not ours. We hold the credential you supply solely to run builds on your behalf. Disconnect it at any time from your account settings.

Who else processes your data

We keep this list deliberately short. We use Stripe for payments and subscription management, Anthropic for the coding agent as described above, and an email provider to deliver transactional messages such as password resets. If you connect GitHub, your code goes to GitHub at your instruction and under your own GitHub account. Each of these handles data under its own terms.

Where your data lives and how it is protected

Traffic to and from Viberide is encrypted in transit with TLS. Each customer's projects are kept separate from every other customer's. Access to production systems is restricted to the people who operate the service.

We should be honest about the limits of that: no service can promise it will never be breached, and we do not make that promise. What we can commit to is keeping the amount of your data we hold small, and telling you promptly if we ever learn it has been exposed.

How long we keep things

We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. Delete your account and your projects, files and personal details are permanently removed. Some records survive deletion only where we are legally required to keep them — invoices and tax records are the usual case — and ordinary server logs age out on their normal retention cycle.

Your rights over your data

You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time. Export is deliberately easy: your work is ordinary code in ordinary files, and you can push it to your own GitHub repositories or take it away whenever you want. There is no proprietary format holding you here. For anything you cannot do yourself in the app, email us and we will do it.

Depending on where you live you may also have rights to object to or restrict certain processing, or to complain to your local data protection authority. Exercising any of these rights costs you nothing and we will not degrade your service for asking.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies that are necessary to run the service — principally to keep you signed in and to protect against cross-site request forgery. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not run ad networks.

Our public marketing pages use Google Analytics so we can see how many people visit and where they come from. Google sets its own cookies for this and processes visit data under its own privacy terms. This runs on the public site only — never in the dashboard or anywhere you are signed in and working — and it never sees your projects, your conversations or your code. You can block it with an ordinary content blocker without affecting the service.

Children

Viberide is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, we will update the date at the top and notify account holders by email. Continuing to use Viberide after a change means you accept the updated policy.
